With nothing more than a steadfast vision and a handful of small business clients, Dave Glass, embarked on a journey that had sown the resilient seed of innovation in the heart of South Knoxville back in 1984. This seed has grown and flourished to what we know today as Computer Systems Plus (CSP).

Behind this successful venture is a force that keeps the wheel turning smoothly. The founder’s wife, Sarah Glass, played an instrumental role in ensuring that CSP’s roots grew deep into the foundation of trust and reliability through her responsible management of phone lines and bookkeeping.

The relentless pursuit of excellence and the undying commitment to its clientele had helped CSP thrive for over three decades under the combined leadership of Dave and Sarah Glass. The footprints of their legacy are etched in the corridors of our office and the hearts of our clients.

In 2019 and 2021, Dave and Sarah chose to embrace the serenity of retirement, passing on the reins of their brainchild to their son, Rob.

As the present CEO, Rob Glass, carries forward the legacy of commitment and innovation. He envisions a future where CSP not only retains its foundational values but also scales new heights. A future that is brimming with potential and a promise to evolve in the vast world of IT.
